Cancellation Policy
- When you book your appointment, this is a reserved time exclusively just for you and is secure only by paying your initial deposit.
- all deposits are non refundable however, can be transferable or used as credit if the following policy is adhered to.
WE UNDERSTAND THAT SHEDULE CHANGE OR SICKNESS OCCURs . SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE ASK THAT ALL CLIENTS Should:
* cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. To avoid a 30% charge for a no show up fee.
* cancelation that occurs on the same day will result in loss of deposit and will require a new deposit to be paid upon rebooking .
* Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule if there is not enough time for service(s). And will be charge a no show fee before rebooking.
